BACKGROUND     

I have had the benefit of living in several different geographic locations, giving me a well- rounded background.  While growing up in northwest Indiana I received what many term "good Midwestern values."

Graduating from Indiana University in 1980 with a B.S. in business, I moved to Chicago, buying and selling several different properties over a ten-year period.  After meeting my wife, we moved to Denver to start a family.  The real estate market was fast and furious with values going up sometimes fifteen percent a year.

My wife grew up in Hawaii, and when her mother decided to spend her retirement in Gig Harbor we decided to visit. We were so impressed with the community, and the natural beauty, that we decided to relocate to the Pacific Northwest.

My professional experience includes management for a Fortune 100 company, CEO and owner of a contracting business, which I built into a million dollar enterprise, and several years of mortgage banking. I have over 20 years of successful sales experience, being a top performer at all times. With my broad background and strong negotiating skills I will offer my clients results with professional follow through, and personal service.

Buying a home is usually the biggest business decision a person or family will make. With that in mind, emotions on both sides of a transaction can run high. I will always maintain a professional attitude, while looking out for your best interests.
